HFA CNY 2027 EARLY ACCESS PASS

Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the HFA CNY 2027 Early Access Pass however you bought it — as a printed card from our TikTok Shop livestreams, or as a code emailed to you after an order at hfa.sg.

1. What the Pass is. Each Pass is one unique pass code with its own serial number. How the code reaches you depends on where you bought it: printed on a physical card with a QR code if you bought it on TikTok Shop, or emailed to you if you bought it at hfa.sg. The code carries the benefits in both cases.
2. Buying the Pass at hfa.sg. The Pass costs S$99 and sales close on 14 November 2026. Nothing is shipped. Your pass code is emailed to the address on your order, normally within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email hello@hfa.sg with your order number.
3. Claiming your Pass. Scan the QR code on your card, or go to hfa.sg/cny and type your pass code. Then log in to an existing HFA account or create one. Dashes are optional and upper or lower case both work. Each pass code may be claimed once only.
4. Account linkage. Upon a successful claim, HFA records the Pass against the email address of the HFA account used to claim it. The Pass, its store credit and its CNY early-access benefit are linked to that account and are non-transferable.
5. Store credit release. Each validly claimed Pass entitles the account to S$120 HFA online store credit. HFA will release the store credit to valid claimed accounts on 15 November 2026. Store credit is not available before this date.
6. Credit validity and use. Store credit may be used only at hfa.sg, from 15 November 2026 until 28 February 2027. It cannot be used at the HFA studio, on TikTok Shop, on any other marketplace, or exchanged for cash or any other monetary instrument. Any unused balance expires automatically on 28 February 2027.
7. CNY early access. From 15 November 2026, the account that claimed the Pass has early access to HFA’s private CNY 2027 collection. Log in to the same HFA account email used to claim the Pass. You do not need your physical card to enter — access follows the account, not the card. A Pass that has not been claimed, or a different account email, does not have access.
8. One-time claim. A pass code that has been successfully claimed cannot be claimed again, by anyone.
9. Final sale. The Pass cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, refunded or converted to cash, except where required by law or where HFA verifies a fulfilment or delivery error. The Pass is an exception to HFA’s Returns & Store Credit Policy, which does not apply to it. HFA may void a pass code where the related order — on hfa.sg, TikTok Shop or any other channel — is cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.
10. Merchandise purchased using credit. Eligible merchandise bought at hfa.sg using the store credit is subject to HFA’s current Returns & Store Credit Policy. Where an eligible return is approved, the approved value is reissued as store credit to the same account.
11. Lost or missing codes. If you bought your Pass at hfa.sg and cannot find the email, email hello@hfa.sg with your order number and we will resend it. If you bought a physical card and lose it before claiming, HFA does not replace it, except where HFA verifies a fulfilment or delivery error — so claim your card as soon as it arrives. Once claimed, your benefits sit on your HFA account and the card is no longer needed.
12. Fraud, error and misuse. HFA may void a Pass, reject or cancel a claim, freeze unused store credit, or recover credit issued in error, where HFA reasonably identifies fraud, unauthorised use, cancellation, refund, return, chargeback, or a breach of these terms.
